Providing Parent Training Focused Applied Behavior Analysis services to children who have autism or other diagnoses for any child with Partnership HealthPlan of California.

Providing supervision for BCBAs in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, Grand Junction, and Rifle, CO areas. Reviewing treatment plans, programming in Catalyst, progress reports, and behavior plans written by team BCBAs. Provide guidance with BCBAs on cases as needed. Develop skill-sets of BCBAs including: building parent rapport and writing parent goals, writing behavior plans, utilizing Catalyst data collection system, utilizing Health Trust, writing treatment plans. Oversee caseload with 20+ hours with clients both as sole provider and supervising behavior technicians. Write treatment plans, behavior plans, and progress reports. Complete RBT competency assessments with behavior technicians. Respond quickly to and available to team members including BCBAs and behavior technicians as needs arise.

Provide BCBA services using both a Sole Provider Model (direct one to one services) and the Tiered Model (supervising behavior technicians who provide services). Responsibilities include writing treatment plans, performing assessments, providing ABA services to children, supervising Behavior Technicians, co-running Social Skills group.
