Dr. Heather L Rusch is an NIH-trained clinical neuroscientist with ~15 years of experience leading clinical trials at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Within this context, she investigates a range of psychosocial, behavioral, and neurobiological factors to better understand what helps humans thrive in the face of traumatic stress. Her passion lies in leveraging innovative science and strategies to propel the development of neuroscience-informed solutions that address critical health challenges and promote human resilience and thriving. She’s an avid practitioner of Vipassanā meditation and loves to share her knowledge of meditation and its effects on stress and sleep with others.
