At Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, I served as Chair of the Community Advisory Committee and a member of the Audit, Governance, and Risk Management Committee. I optimised profitability by creating capital reserves and improving governance and compliance. I also developed key policies to protect the Trust's integrity and provided strategic guidance while representing SMCT at community and government events.

At Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, I oversaw operations at Solaire Resorts in the Philippines and led a critical acquisition in South Korea. Reporting directly to both the Chairman/CEO and the President/COO, I managed approx $500 AU million P&L, driving growth, regulatory compliance, operational excellence and a team of over 2,000 employees.Motivated to make a genuine impact, I found great fulfilment in creating jobs for local Filipinos during a time when over 28% of the population lived below the poverty line. This positively contributed to the community and strengthened my resolve to legitimise the Philippine operations by shaping a strong regulatory environment and utilising my influencing skills to encourage further investment.In Korea, I led the acquisition, shutdown, and complete casino rebuild, all within very short time frames. I merged the Japanese and International VIP departments while maintaining a stable management team with zero attrition. I developed strong relationships with regulators and major gaming manufacturers to achieve both smooth operations and compliance.
