I have a passion for working with teams and creating a culture where people succeed. I am not only a champion in its truest context but I am a champion for those I have led and continue to lead. I am a 2x Big Ten Team Champion (Go Hawks), 6x Mid-American Conference Team Champion as well as have had the honor to represent the Red, White and Blue in the sport I love, field hockey. I have made life long connections thanks to the amazing student-athletes I have had the privilege of working with. Those young ladies have taught me more than I have taught them. I will continue to be in their corner and help them make positive impacts in today's ever changing world.As a leader, I have preached about making sure your personal values match up with those you surround yourself with.
