After a year testing inclusive leadership in actuarial governance, I returned to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion My personal brand and leadership style are founded in influence, innovation and disruption. I draw from my initial 22 years where I held a variety of roles within corporate America in IT, HR and Actuarial communities. This experience allowed me partner across business units, disciplines and test out equity and inclusion practices while I supported product development, accounting, actuarial, operational functions and data management practices. I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and in Business with an emphasis on management from Morningside College and completed a certification in DEI with The Conference board.
