Prior to my promotion to Delta, I led global employee communications at Northwest Airlines as Director of Global Employee Communications. As lead strategist for all merger communications internally, I achieved unprecedented success by delivering a flawless merger announcement to 30,000 employees. Previously I worked as Senior Director of External Affairs for Carlson Companies, the world’s largest privately held hospitality company, where I created & implemented a new corporate philanthropic strategy & spearheaded the company's most successful employee giving campaign.
