As a result of our technical assistance to the Russian Ministry of Employment, our colleagues set up seven women-focused Centers, with the budget that was expected to establish only one such Center. Led staff and volunteers in the successful launching of the Prosper Awards – the first National Award which acknowledges the entrepreneurial spirit of low-income Canadians who have overcome tremendous obstacles to achieve success.
