I have over 30 years of executive leadership experience coaching throughout six continents delivering effective results for Fortune 100 CEOs, world leaders, executive teams, and household names in politics and entertainment. Professional animal communicator and energy practitioner.I grew up in the Health and Wellness business. My parents were innovators in the body, mind, and spirit movement. They built up, owned, and operated spa resorts where I worked in all the positions from housekeeping and front desk management to marketing and spa program development. From here I spent time in the arts studying with Lee Strasberg at the legendary Actors Studio, and most recently was the CEO of one of the largest performing arts centers in New York City. But my professional experience was built in international banking and financial services marketing where I went on to become the first CMO of Accenture, formerly Anderson Consulting. Over the years I have held leadership positions in organizations ranging from non-profits, family Foundations, and Fortune 100s. I’ve been acknowledged as one of the “Top Fifty Speakers in the World” and authored two books as well as numerous professional development articles.Through my own career pivot, I have become a sought-after Evidence Based Intuitive Coach. My mission is to partner with leaders looking for greater fulfillment at work, or in life, so they can enjoy more satisfying careers by showing up every day as their one true self. I use my intuitive skills and training to clarify a person’s patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving to bring awareness to their inner wisdom, or uncover what may be unconsciously preventing them from stepping into their authentic self. Then, we work together to activate the steps desired for greater fulfillment and personal impact on their life.I am a Doctor of Organizational Leadership, an MBA, a Certified Intuitive Consultant, and an ordained Interfaith Minister.
