With a comprehensive approach to organizational operations, I ensure our company adheres to regulatory standards, manage office activities, oversee human resources functions, and handle payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Management: Implement and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the state of Oklahoma. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. Profient in METRC for tracking and reporting. Office Management: Streamline office operations to enhance productivity and efficiency. Coordinate administrative activities and manage office supplies and resources. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emergency action plans, exit forms, and other state-required documentation.Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop and enforce HR policies to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.Payroll Coordination: Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. Manage payroll records and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
