For four years, I worked as the director of a contractor referral program. I built and managed a list of quality, licensed and insured contractors who could help homeowners with the repairs requested from inspection reports as well as ongoing maintenance of their home. From this experience, I now have built strong relationships with these contractors and am a valuable resource to homeowners who need repairs to sell their home, and to those who purchase and do not know whom to trust for repairs and updates.
