Epsilon is a data-driven marketing and tech company, that joined Publicis Groupe in July 2019, and is positioned at the center, fueling the Groupe’s operations with unparalleled data expertise.I oversee the management and growth of three distinct teams with the Media department of Epsilon, Media Development, Publisher Integrations Engineering, and the Channels and Formats Product teams.Media Development team establishes relationships with all Epsilon’s supply partners, including direct publishers and supply side platforms. This team is responsible for achieving supply partner goals, driving scale and adoption of Epsilon’s suite of publisher products.Publisher Integrations Engineering team integrates new publishers and SSPs into the Epsilon ecosystem and provides technical support to internal and external teams. Channels & Formats Product team is responsible for the full product cycle of emerging channels and formats to drive innovation for Epsilon. Including the identification, business case justification, prioritization, development coordination with internal teams, sales enablement, and go to market strategies for new and existing channels and formats.

My responsibilities within Media Development Division are: (1) to grow revenues, (2) to maintain and grow publisher accounts, and (3) to manage the local media development team. My duties include:Identifying and implementing team based strategies to increase revenues and earnings.Optimizing of accounts and campaigns to achieve higher profit margins while maintaining high fill percentages.Create and analyze key reports to identify fluctuations in revenues.Tracking trends in order to identify new revenue generating opportunities.Securing additional inventory from key publishers.Identify and incorporate new publishers into the network.Managing local team and training new hires.Identify and implement tools to streamline operational responsibilities.Working closely with sales teams in order to identify most effective campaign delivery options. Assisting with large scale projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.

Responsible for providing outstanding account management; ensuring publisher/buyer requests are handled in an efficient manner and that any issues are resolved promptly.Serve as a system expert for Media Buyers and Publishers to help strategize ways to increase earnings for all accounts.Identify network trends, both good and bad, and suggest ideas on improving and/or further developing the network.

My responsibilities within ValueClick’s Sales Division were: (1) to Deliver advertisers campaigns in such a manner that met or exceeded advertisers expectations, and (2) to Pro-actively manage renewals and up-selling opportunities from advertisers. My duties included:Loading and delivering campaigns to achieve advertisers’ goals.Analyzing campaign performance based on varying metrics to assist in goal achievement.Attaining monthly revenue targets on a consistent basis.Maintaining relationship with advertisers to ensure ongoing business.
