I am a trainer in innovation and creative thinking, specializing in the art of improvisation to help businesses improve adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving. I’ve worked with clients such as KCL Business School, Think Productive, Investec, Amazon, The British Council, and many more, helping teams and leaders enhance their creativity, communication, and comfort with discomfort!Originally trained in physical theatre, I went on to study improvisation at Chicago’s I.O and Annoyance Theatres. This has shaped my approach to business improv, where I use techniques from the world of improvisation to develop agility and innovation in organizations.While I have a background in performing with groups like the Olivier award-winning ‘Showstopper! The Improvised Musical’, I’m deadly serious about using these principles in the business world to unlock new ways of thinking and working.As a coach and facilitator, I focus on business improvisation, leadership development, and team dynamics. I help professionals and teams develop skills like active listening, spontaneity, and adaptability—crucial for navigating today’s business landscape.
