The Compass Collection is a national go-to destination for discerning travelers seeking amazing, hand-picked vacation rentals and vacation rental homeowners looking to achieve exceptional financial results. Under my leadership, The Cottages on the Key has experienced rapid expansion, achieving over 25% average revenue growth annually since its inception in 2009. Today, the company manages over 130 listings in the Sarasota area, generating over $16 million in revenue. In 2023, my team and I expanded our successful business model nationally, launching The Compass Collection.I am also a Board Member of VRNation, an alliance of national Property Managers dedicated to reshaping how travelers plan their stays, where I represent the Eastern US.
