As President & Executive Director, I led strategic initiatives that increased business growth and member engagement. I coordinated operations, membership, finance, and marketing resources, aligning their activities with strategic and operational priorities. My leadership led to a 300% increase in CIDPRO exams sold, and a 143% increase in membership revenue year over year. Through strategic outreach, I doubled our new corporate members and established win-win partnerships, generating almost $70K for a strategic partner through co-marketing. I effectively communicated IDPro values domestically and internationally, embodying the organization's mission in all endeavors.
