After being on the Board for 6 years, I am honored to be Interim President through the next executive transition. I am learning museum administration from some of the most talented people in the business at one of the most unique places. We call ourselves a museum but guests come for the experience of unleashing their curiosity to innovate at the cross section of science, technology and the arts.

Led a global team to deliver global marketing across all of HHC diverse markets including marketing strategy, planning, and execution as well as incorporating and driving sustainability, new product development and global and local product launches.

Develop new business opportunities for Engineering adhesives. Primary accomplishments included establishing up the medical adhesives business, completing integration of an acquisition, creating the opportunity to private label a technology to fill a gap in our product line, establish a path to enter a new market for high performance materials, and making strategic investments in future technology.

Responsible for thorough analysis of the global business and provide strategic recommendations for this mature business. Worked closely with regional business leads and executive committee to develop recommendations and influence critical decisions.

Managed North American Hygiene business including Mexico, resulting in an average annual growth of 12.5%. Responsible for account strategies, pricing, sales compensation, innovation pipeline, raw material priorities, and global collaboration.

Developed marketing strategy for building awareness, new product launch, growing the business. Led Global team of regional marketing managers to accelerate communication and transfer of initiatives. Developed programs with co-suppliers to extend network in the market. Created and conducted numerous segmentation workshops to assist strategy development before focusing my efforts on the hygiene space.

Worked closely with existing customer to define requirements for next release of Consumer Goods CRM software including trade promotion management. Drove sales through ongoing technical support and demonstration of functionality at key accounts. Managed multiple projects consistently.

Led the broad based consumer research and category understanding of new cleaning products and implements.

Received full scholarship last 2 years of school. Demonstrated feasibility of supercritical carbon dioxide as solvent for automotive coatings and optimized process for coating engine pumps. Developed a simplified flow rate measurement for powder coatings and refined the application process for anit-chip coatings to reduce waste by 10%.
