Managing Director of Business Development and Client Services responsible for optimizing the company's position as a national brand.

Ms. Wallace was responsible for scaling SARES-REGIS Group through an accelerated growth strategy impacting multifamily revenues across the Western U.S. SRG has since created a stronger foundation for growth through changes/improvements to technology and human capital improving all departments.

Heather was responsible for identifying new management opportunities with existing & future clients. In addition to her business development role Heather was responsible for managing the relationship between Alliance and University workforce housing programs under management.

Ms. Wallace's responsiblities included development and acquisition activities in the Northern California market. Her primary duties are to source and negotiate the purchase of multi-family sites, manage the development and construction process, and acquire existing communities for rehabilitation.Prior to her role in Development she acted as the Director of Acquisitions, overseeing Washington, Oregon, California and Reno, Nevada. Ms. Wallace joined Alliance as a Regional Manager and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Operations, responsible for a portfolio of 15 properties in the Bay Area, Seattle and Portland totaling over 8,100 units.

Responsible for sourcing multifamily assets and investment decisions in Washington, Oregon, California and Reno, Nevada.

Ms. Wallace was responsible for overseeing all aspects of management of more than 8,000 apartment units in Alliance’s Northwest region, which included Northern California, Oregon and Washington. She directly oversaw multifamily corporate and on-site teams. Background includes operating lease-up, stabilized, rehab, new construction and university housing communities. Prior to joining Alliance, she was with TCRS for 7 years in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area.

Prior to joining Alliance, Ms. Wallace was a District Manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services (TCRS) where she oversaw 6 properties totaling over 2,000 units. During her tenure with TCRS, Ms. Wallace conducted the lease-up of over 2,200 units and managed interior unit, amenity and parking renovation programs. In addition, Ms. Wallace was instrumental in the area of Acquisition Due Diligence work on more than 5,000 units, which includes market, physical property analysis, and developing staffing and marketing plans.
