I was hired to create a recruitment model to centralize staffing operations. Grew from a team of just me to a team of 11 that focused on Talent Acquisition for all salaried positions inclusive of Executive level roles. Focused on sourcing talent to build the capabilities of the function. Partnered with HR to create detailed process maps for execution and developed a dashboard to track analytics and impact metrics for the team. Partnered with Communications to rebuild the employment brand and University Relations go-to-market strategies.Initially focused on Corporate and Executive level recruitment, and was later promoted into an expanded leadership role and took on Sales recruitment.
