CurrentLead strategy, planning and execution for the design, development, deployment and performance management of global digital properties including externally facing websites, campaign pages, internally used portals and digital platforms.Drive website and campaign strategy to increase traffic and improve lead gen efforts.Partner with external agencies and internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing roadmap, including customer journeys, growth strategies, SEO strategy, and an operational framework. Implement user experience, customer journey mapping and SEO strategy for internal and external properties.Apply brand guidelines across all digital channels.Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and external benchmarking to optimize digital experience and stay on top of best practices.Monitor digital platform performance and continuously identifiy how to refine and optimize the user experience.Implement digital content management systems, governance and maintenance.Manage subscription services to maximize customer prospecting, satisfaction and needs.Data and reporting - distribution to key stakeholders and groups.Work cross-functionally with vendors and other groups such as marketing operations, business intelligence, product marketing, sales, and sales management to develop and implement lead generation campaigns and programs.
