I am a strategic leader with in-depth experience ensuring quality in the design and development of complex healthcare products for global leader in healthcare technology. I am adept at transforming strategies into action plans with measurable results, leading with simplicity, courage, and empathy.I most recently served as the Senior Director of Data Science & Analytics (DS&A), Quality Systems for Medtronic where I directed data collection, curation, analysis, and visualization globally, leading a team of 30 professionals. Recognized as a subject matter expert on data governance, I served as a trusted advisor to leadership on best practices and was often sourced to provide insight on quality data user needs. I leveraged my experience to produce customer-centric solutions on-time and improve portfolio management. Prior roles at Medtronic included PMO & Strategy Director and Quality Systems Director. As PMO & Strategy Director I defined and implemented the 5-year quality strategy and established consistency in governance through standard process for a network involving 31 sites. As the Quality Systems Director and Management Representative, I ensured quality system compliance for 9 sites and led MDSAP, clinical, and other external audits. Other roles at Medtronic included leadership in Program Management, Quality Engineering for pre- and post-market quality, Supplier Quality, and Electrical Engineering. In these roles, I standardized process and drove product and process improvements. I hold a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetics from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Physics, Optics and Lasers from Colorado State University.
