Heather is a personal training specialist and Lead Block Therapy instructor, Lead Block Therapist, and Certification Specialist/ Coach!Before she started with Block Therapy, Heather traveled the road of many paths, each one in its own way leading her to make a difference in other people’s lives.At the age of 45 Heather became very ill and her organs began shutting down due to stress. She made a choice to fight her illness and live, to take care of her two daughters, and fulfill a better quality of life!Block Therapy came into Heather’s life when she most needed it and completely changed the way she approached her recovery process. Training in the Fluid Isometrics approach to caring for others in deep tissue work and release of the adhesions of Connective tissue ( Fascia ), that inhibits our bodies from proper and efficient functioning. Block Therapy is the self care aspect of the "hands on" technique and I teach people how to do this for themselves in the privacy of their own home and at their own pace. In turn, her body became more energized and she found she had increased functioning of the body, organs, nervous system, adrenals, body as a whole, and feels/is healthier than in her youth!Heather believes that there are messages for all of us, and if you listen carefully you will hear them. Becoming the Lead Block Therapy instructor and Lead Fluid Isometrics practitioner (hands on therapy), has been the fulfillment of what Heather believes to be her life’s purpose.She is grateful to have a second chance at life, to enjoy her daughters and every moment of the new path she has found herself on. She looks forward to helping others find the quality of life they are meant to live.
