Learning and developing skills first hand in the hospitality industry were driven by Heather's experience at I Dream of Yogurt by going above and beyond her scope of duty. While maintaining the front register, an employee must also balance the needs of the facility and more importantly, the customer.

At Hospitality Plus Heather helps aid in catering events, weddings, space center parties, mansion parties, etc. She deals with set-up and break-down of each event. Ensuring that the attendees' expectations are met is Heather's most important responsibility.

At the Radisson Heather assisted in special events held in the banquet rooms such as Mother's Day and Thanksgiving buffets. She performed general serving duties which included, serving large groups of people, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing large rushes of customers.
