My focus is on supporting the highest quality within our clinical trial teams at Sanofi as a Clinical Project Quality Manager.My primary responsibility is to establish and maintain strong working relationships in partnership with clinical teams and units to support GCP compliance during the conduct of studies, and to propose and review the audit programs. I serve as the primary link with operational teams for all clinical quality aspects specific to a project.I’ve worked on over 60 Phase 1-4 trials over my career with Sanofi and several CROs. My scope of therapeutic experience is diverse, including Cardiology, Gynecology, Hematology, Immunology, Metabolism & Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Pediatric, Pulmonology, Rare Blood Disorders, Rare Diseases, Rheumatology, and Urology.My motivation comes from working on promising new compounds that may offer real solutions to patients. I am no stranger to the constant shifts and increasing complexity within our industry, so working on difficult trials to deliver urgently needed patient treatments while prioritizing patient safety and strict adherence to all regulations is my daily goal. My most positive experiences come from close collaboration with aligned project teams while maintaining flexibility, transparency, and a constant focus on patients.Outside of work, I volunteer with NAMI and coordinate a local hiking group while enjoying time outside.
