Customer Service. Clients would call about their shares with smith barney and i would better educate them or set up their trade. i would get a licensed broker on the phone to place the trade for them and then i would take the call back over. after the market closed for the day i would assist people with their personal smith barney web site where they could go online and check their shares and also they could place trades on line as well.
