    In this role I manage our 12 week Onboarding Program and create all of the curriculum materials, as well as manage all of the logistics for the program. I also manage our Sales and Retention 101 and 301 programs which are designed for both Affiliate Managers, as well as for those who have been with the company 9 months or longer. Twice a year we have Sales Summits where our entire sales force attends and we put together the content for both main stage as well as all breakouts to be presented. The audience is comprised of about 1,100 people. I work on a variety of projects, including one hour Webexes, 3-5 hour in-market trainings, and week-long training programs for specific audiences. One of my major initiatives coming on board with Cars.com was to implement The Challenger Sale methodology into all curriculum, as well as to roll it out company-wide through in-market trainings. I have experience working with a variety of departments and people across the company to build and design content which supports company goals and initiatives. I use a variety of resources to create materials including PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat XI for fillable forms, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.

All computer-based materials were developed to reach employees located across the country and training was created using a variety of instructional design methods and resources.
