While serving 11 years in the US Navy I served as an Electronic Technician and achieved the rank of Petty Officer First Class. I specialized in component-level repair of electronics related to a variety of radar, navigation, and communication systems. I also was responsible for simultaneously supervising 3 work centers, coordinating calibration services, and supervising Command Information Center (CIC) operations. My background includes being an entrepreneur, a global project manager, and a project coordinator responsible for the designing, planning, logistics, and implementation of project specifications. I have had the responsibility of managing budgets, developing and negotiating contract terms, and coordinated multinational projects. My responsibilities also included performing QA monitoring, testing, and report generation while ensuring regulatory compliance requirements. In addition to my management and supervisor background, I am an experienced Technical Trainer and Writer. I have been responsible for developing original materials related to leadership management, electronic systems maintenance, network, and communications applications, and safety protocols. As a proficient researcher, I have conducted original research, performed data analysis, and have comprehensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. It has also been my pleasure to foreign students in learning and developing English skills related to basic communication, professional development, and technical knowledge.
