This role had various meanings and scope through the years that gave me experience leading in a boundary-less way across functions and geographies. Initially responsible for a niche segment within Intuit that consisted of QuickBooks Desktop Care, my responsibilities expanded to include the management of third party providers around the globe for all of the Small Business and Self Employed Group products including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payments and Intuit Payroll. Primary responsibilities included determining business requirements for services being contracted and then helping to align those services with provider capabilities- no matter where in the world there was a need. For most of this time I was responsible for both the B2B relationship management in addition to the quality and efficiency of service delivery across products. At the time, my team and I were successful at driving our transactional net promoter score from 45% to 70% amongst over 3500 agents working in five (5) countries and eleven (11) centers. I attribute much of this success to being able to manage and lead in a culturally diverse environment with two main focuses- 1. Being better than we were yesterday by getting insights into the "whys" behind the results in order to expose root cause 2. Never settling for being mediocre. Be the best we can be to deliver for our customers, our employees and our shareholders.This position allowed me to manage or be directly involved with all aspects of call center operations including: forecasting, performance/project/expense/contract/efficiency management, revenue growth and more. I traveled domestically and abroad regularly to inspect the execution of current processes and implement new ones. In my time at Intuit I have learned the importance of rapid experimentation as well as getting to root cause quickly. I can truly proclaim that I learn something new each day.
