I am honored to serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees, setting the strategy to bring culturally appropriate healthcare and workforce development programs to the Native American community in North Texas. Texas Native Health is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a full-time staff of 50+ and a successful 50 year history of providing services such as a primary care clinic, dental clinic, pharmacy, behavioral health counseling, employment and training programs. We currently see over 35,000 patients from over 300 tribes.

I serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for Out for Undergrad (O4U), a non-profit that was created to help high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates reach their full potential. In this role, I help set strategic direction for the organization, mentor students and volunteers, and lead transformation projects such as sponsoring the implementation of an early ID program to support diverse student applicants. In June 2020 I was asked to lead O4U's response to the violence against the Black community and created our strategic plan to combat racism.

Presidential Leadership Scholars is a highly-selective six-month, part-time leadership development program focused on four core leadership areas, as taught through the lens of four presidential administrations: vision and communication, decision making, persuasion and influence, and strategic partnerships. Participants hone their leadership abilities through interactions with former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, key administration officials, leading academics, business and civic leaders, and their fellow cohort participants. The focus of my participation is to advance social impact for the Native American community.

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Inclusion Officer, I helped drive change and create an environment where all of my Deloitte colleagues could connect, belong, and grow. This opportunity at Deloitte built upon my previous experience and enabled me to support my leadership in engaging our talent and alumni, fostering well-being, and creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. As the Global Development and Veteran Transition Leader for the U.S. member firm, I built upon my existing work with Deloitte to bring a more strategic eye to our global talent development initiatives, as well as our community impact and retention programs for military veterans and service members.

I managed global initiatives for the Deloitte U.S. learning and development team, coordinated global collaboration with our member firms around the world, and helped to drive forward national talent initiatives.Additionally, I served as the Program Manager for the CORE programs. The CORE Leadership Program is an altruistic program that Deloitte provides to transitioning military veterans to help them develop a brand that resonates in the business world. After completing the program, these veterans transition to a new career that fits their passions and strengths. I supported the Deloitte U.S. internal learning and development team with global projects, including the development of a new global learning and development strategy, the refresh of our global leader development milestone course for new managers, and coordinating the U.S. member firm point of view on emerging global talent trends.

The Deloitte Leadership Advisory Board (D.LAB) was an internal strategy group comprised of 60 former senior government executives now employed by the firm to advise Deloitte public sector leadership. I supported these "Luminaries" in incubating their strategic initiatives and business development ideas and worked to share their expertise with all areas of Deloitte globally. This was a full-time rotational Fellowship program that took me out of client delivery for 15 months.

As a Strategy and Operations consultant in Deloitte's public sector practice I specialized in political and policy analysis, specifically the operational impact of legislation, executive orders, OMB memos and court decisions on Federal agencies. This work culminated in the creation of the Proactive Policy Analysis (PPA) service offering, where I served as the policy team lead.In 2013 I was promoted to Senior Consultant and transferred to Deloitte Services LP.I began my career at Deloitte as a Carnegie Mellon Apprentice, working from September 2010 to May 2011 while finishing graduate studies at the Heinz School of Public Policy and Management DC Campus.

During my tenure I coordinated the implementation of two new PR management systems (GovDelivery and VOCUS) and wrote a social media strategy for EM's 17 offices.
