About Kate Heath

My career journey has taken me from change management consulting to business development and strategy, and ultimately to marketing strategy and operations over the past 20+ years. Currently leading Marketing and Communications at Certus Core, I bring diverse experience from roles at Fortune 100 companies like Meta, Walmart, IBM, and Boeing where I've led marketing strategy, brand development, and organizational transformation efforts. I thrive on building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and crafting compelling narratives that drive business growth.Beyond my corporate role, I continue to advise high-growth tech startups on marketing and brand development. I'm passionate about combining strategic thinking with practical execution, helping organizations tell their stories effectively while building strong, sustainable relationships with their customers and stakeholders.Outside of work, I'm deeply committed to advancing educational opportunities for women and girls globally. I serve as a Lead Mentor with SHE-CAN, supporting young women from post-conflict countries in accessing higher education, and as a Board Advisor for Nurturing Minds, an organization educating girls in Tanzania. One thing I know for sure? The transformative power of education and entrepreneurship is the key to creating lasting change in communities worldwide.
