Heath Medley is a Force Modernization Officer at 412th Theater Engineer Command. He possess expertise in highly established leadership and supervisory skills, strong analytical and creative problem solving skills, able to work individually or as a member of a team, change management, leadership and 17 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Heath was a student in my Public Speaking I (SPCH1315) course during the spring semester of 2010. During the semester, Heath demonstrated a perfect attendance record. Although perfect attendance in itself is a respectable feat, Heath achieved this during a semester of extreme personal loss (the passing of a loved one). Heath’s outstanding work ethic was clear in each assignment that he completed. The course focused on a service-learning project that required students to volunteer for the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wild Life Sanctuary. During this project, Heath committed over 20 hours of time to the Heard and completed a group presentation persuading audience members (faculty, staff, and students) to recognize the importance of the Heard Museum and Sanctuary to the community. Heath’s presentation was so powerful that his classmates nominated him to speak at the service-learning reception at the Central Park Campus. Heath is both an amazing student and person! He inspires his classmates to work harder and I believe that motivating others is an ideal characteristic in any employee!"
