Contributing to the overall success of operations, I minimized returns by helping the customer pick out colors and sizes that fit their immediate needs and with matching related items within their cart. Here, I educated customers on specific product designs, outlining the pros and cons of various product lines. Matchmaking customers with products to fit immediate concern and athletic requirements, I ensured satisfaction, quality and professionalism during each transaction. I also encouraged brand loyalty, trust and retention at the store location.Highlighting product value, while closing sales, I presented all options available through demonstration and use. Providing superior customer service throughout the shopping experience, I influenced buying power. I also drove increased sales and revenue to the store location by organizing merchandise displays and verticals to emphasize new inventory and sales items, based on demand, overstock and market trends.Calling attention to in-store promotions, I managed product and marketing displays, often utilizing experiential marketing techniques and allowing customers to interact with the product on display. Auditing inventory, I took accountability for all items in stock, minimizing loss, theft or damage through highly evolved loss prevention strategies. I took control of inventory, ensuring availability of popular and in-demand items, based on sales and market trends. Catering to local markets, I analyzed process for continual improvement in productivity and performance. I assessed KPIs across the sales cycle, customer experience and customer retention strategies.
