This included design/build, design bid build, and Top Secret projects. Project Controls Manager - Leading a team of six direct report Project Control Analysts to manage a $6 billion program. This includes the establishment and maintenance of a Master Program Schedule, provide analytics to all levels of management, review of submitted Construction Schedules, review and recommendations for submitted TIAs, Risk Analysis, and staff training and development. Estimating Manager - managed up to 30 concurrent bids for multiple Federal clients. Win rate with some clients was 76% with more than 50 bids submitted. Bids included Firm Fixed Price, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Unit Rate, and Guaranteed Maximum Price. $10 million backlog of projects when I left the position. Other Noteworthy Accomplishments:PSP Taskforce - was one of ten people who created the PSP certification. Was issued Certificate 009.Oracle Authorized P6 Trainer - 2010-2014. Authorized by Oracle to conduct training and issue certificates. Training conducted in English and Spanish.
