As I explored different opportunities within the business, I was drawn to a small research and development team. Over the course of 12 months, I became fully immersed in a project that would ultimately form the basis of a new selective spraying system.With each passing day, I dove deeper into the intricacies of the project, working tirelessly alongside my team to bring our vision to life. Through a rapid prototyping journey and patent filing process, we refined and perfected our concept, laying the groundwork for a truly groundbreaking new technology.Despite the many challenges we faced along the way, we remained dedicated to our goal, pouring all of our energy and expertise into the project. And after two years of hard work and relentless determination, we finally succeeded in bringing our selective spraying system from concept to production.Looking back on this incredible journey, I'm proud to have been a part of such a transformative and impactful project. And I'm excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of research and development, bringing new and innovative ideas to life in the years to come.

I worked within a small service team responsible for the calibration and repair of all brands of laser, surveying, and machine control equipment, as well as repairing and testing PDA, GPS, and radio systems.In addition to electro/optical/mechanical repairs my duties included managing sub-contractors, maintaining inventory of spare parts, and overseeing the administration and maintenance of service repair management software. I also produced weekly service reports and processed warranty claims.In addition, I played a key role in new product development and testing, designing, manufacturing, and installing optical calibration ranges, and managing quality assurance across all aspects of our operations.Other duties included conducting pre-delivery inspections, providing floor sales support, delivering on-site product demonstrations and machine control installations, providing national phone sales and support, and assisting with warehouse operations.
