Feasibility_Questionnaire and Document Management:• Support the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Feasibility Questionnaires, CVs, and essential documents throughout the feasibility phase until site initiation.• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all incoming feasibility and site selection questionnaires and portals.• Maintain accurate records of all activities related to feasibility and site selection.Feasibility Progress Tracking:• Aid in tracking feasibility progress and escalations.• Report any discrepancies in feasibility progress to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).Salesforce CRM Management:• Serve as a Salesforce super user to ensure accurate tracking of all relevant data in ECN's CRM.• Assist in the progression of leads from initial stages to feasibility questionnaire submission or equivalent, and further to site selection visits.• Work with CCO and COO to compile and configure data for efficient ingestion into Salesforce CRM.• Collaborate with internal and external IT and data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security in Salesforce.• Stay informed about best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Record Maintenance and Reporting:• Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and communications related to feasibility and site selection.• Generate reports on the successes achieved and present findings to the leadership team.Efficiency Improvement:• Identify gaps in processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements.• Propose and implement solutions to enhance overall workflow and streamline processes

● Collection, review, processing and tracking of regulatory documents to support investigator package submissions and revisions● Track execution of key milestones, identify early indicators of potential roadblocks, and collaborate with those who directly impact outcome as well as communicate any updates to key stakeholders● Direct communication between departments by providing updates, coordination, and follow-up to meet goals and objectives as well as expedite the flow of information● Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partnered stakeholders owning site contract and budget negotiation● Ensure start-up and maintenance projects are on track and support study deliverables to include providing accurate projections/timelines to study● Develop feasibility and Project risk analysis to ensure requirements can be met● Facilitated quarterly meetings, maximizing collaboration by analyzing scope, investment, and participation of current and prospective congresses● Analyze existing workflows of systems to identify and implement operational improvements including preparing SOPs and generating targeted recommendation to senior leadership for efficiency
