Account Director- Talent Solutions
CurrentIn this role I help manage and retain the business and satisfaction of current LinkedIn customers within a variety of industries. My goal is to act as a strategic parter to my Accounts in order to co-create value with my professional market insights, while leveraging our amazing services in a way that works best for our customer. In this role, I am able to successfully practice new business upsell, onboarding, customer value, retention, sales, customer success, sales enablement, and relationship building.- Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging advocate both internally and for my clients - Women @ LinkedIn Co-lead - AD Connect Co-Facilitator: Within a small team I am able to organize, facilitate, and host monthly sessions for account directors in north america. We make our learning content by reps, for reps by inviting "money ballers" to come help share their learnings, methods, and success with actionable insights for the wider group to adopt for a positive impact on their book of business. This impacts an average of 67 reps monthly.- Involved Black Inclusion Group Member - Selected to be apart of the Detroit Leadership Cohort. Here I can invest in my own leadership capabilities with learnings from some of the brightest leaders in Detroit- Selected to be apart of the SMB Advisory Counsel where I provided feedback and insight on key initiatives and enablement for our segment- Social Impact Committee Team Member, where along with a variety of volunteering events- I make it a priority to be involved in as many Rock your profile sessions as my schedule allows in order to help educate as many members of the workforce the amazing benefits of LinkedIn and help have a very tangible impact on Economic Opportunities.
