“What are your career plans?” she asked. “Because I have something in mind that I think you’ll like.” And she proceeded to change the next near decade of my life…That conversation led to my journey to become a Neurophysiologist. For 9 years I have been working with surgeons and industry leaders in medical instrumentation to provide patients with quality care through monitoring and managing data, maintaining documents and protocols, and thorough communication with facilities and staff. Due to my high performance, I started training and mentoring new hires and continued to advance in the field to aid in scheduling and staffing. This allows me to support my direct team as well as collaborating with regional teams to coordinate full coverage of services needed.
