A highly events orientated role, this position saw me developing calendars of events, meeting social requirements of the club, creating new & unique events to promote community engagement, creating fundraising initiatives, liaising with stakeholders, venue management & club leaders, and performing financial administration work within predetermined budgetary constraints.

Working directly with the Events Manager, this role saw me verify the collection of all Perpetual Trophies, allocate medals, assist with volunteers, and perform general administration duties. I also worked with the Results Coordinator to manage daily event presentation running order sheets and collate individual results. I would also perform room and table set up, present announcing sheets, and take minutes/ tallies using Excel for submission to the Event Manager.

My role here was to supervise and coordinate all aspects of events. This included developing concepts and ideas for events, overseeing operations, directing staff, liaising with stakeholders & venues, and coordinating technical and production aspects.

From an events and sales perspective, this role saw me greeting and liaising with visitors/clients to conduct tours, perform administrative documents regarding reports & customer information, create & distribute promotional material, promote offers & deals, oversee social media & marketing needs, and ensuring relationships were established and nurtured to encourage sales and positive experiences.
