 Responsible for managing test area team and follow up NPD & Remedial samples results and are discussed in a weekly meeting.. Auditing the factory products according to the quality monthly plan prepared through the whole factory production plan..  Raising Non conformities reports to production for any failure found and get corrective and preventative actions to solve and avoid the problems.. Discussing all the non- conformities with production team through weekly quality meeting and follow up the action’s implementation. Co-operate with production team to keep the right first time at its highest trends.. Attending Yield improvement meeting with production and discussing the factory performance results “ Yield % ,Refire %, Scrap% & Good %”..and root causes for the failures.. Attending “RFT” Right First Time Meeting with Lecico Quality Manager and Director to discuss factory performance and flag products with highest percentages of failures with improvement actions.. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly and monthly reports.. Statistical analysis monitoring factory performance against customer complaints, Annual credit notes, trend, and other performance indicators.. Visits preparation for the entire factory departments and assure the visual management..

 Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
