As a postdoctoral fellow at University of Calgary, I conduct cutting-edge research on stochastic hydrology, applying advanced statistical and computational methods to analyze hydrological processes and uncertainties and explore climate change impacts. I have over 6 years of work experience in hydrology, flood protection systems, and environmental engineering, both in academia and industry. I hold a Ph.D. in stochastic hydrology and climate change from the University of Calgary. My skills include data science, hydrology, environmental engineering, statistical and uncertainty analysis, climate change impacts, and programming (R). My core competencies are analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. My mission is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in stochastic hydrology and environmental engineering and to inspire and mentor the next generation of engineers and researchers. My field of expertise is stochastic hydrology, which is the study of the variability and uncertainty of hydrological phenomena, such as rainfall, runoff, evaporation, and snow processes. My values and goals are to conduct rigorous and ethical research, foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, and address the global challenges of water scarcity and quality.
