Effectively identifies and ensures integration of important system connection implications in planning processes, thereby furthering shared thinking and building a common culture within the organization.Acts as resource to affiliate/service line executive teams in providing consultation and support for the development and implementation of business plans.Ensures alignment of assigned projects and programs with SH strategy, dashboard performance improvement and business growth goals.Ensures all strategic and business plans are consistent with Sutter Health format and ensures that all plans are moved through the appropriate approval process.Assures coordination and communication with Sutter Health functions (eg.
