I provide research for the entire sales & marketing organization on trends, competitors, best practices, awards and events and track over-all marketing performance, analyse data and reports the results. I was responsible for transcribing two projects for Mindset, one was regarding the UNICEF Hajati Post Distribution Monitoring Project and the other was Work Permits for Syrian Refugees in Jordan. I simultaneously translated and transcribed the audios provided word for word.
