I joined Eniprogetti as Senior Process engineer, since then, I immediately got involved in a rapid pace on the ongoing projects, ZOHR onshore, MELEIHA PH2 gas plant FEED, Adsorbed Natural Gas(ENI new technology), Mahani-1extended well test (SNOC).Responsibilities as following:-Being a PDL for the process team of projects, -Preparing Projects Basis of Design, Emergency shutdown and depressurization philosophy, vent and drainage philosophy, Isolation philosophy, relief and blowdown philosophy.-Checking the engineering documents such as HYSYS models, Block Flow Diagram, Process Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, Piping &Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Equipment Summary, Flare net Model, Process Safety Flow Diagram, Duty specs, Control narratives & Process description, HAZOP action sheet and report (related to process activities), Cause and effect (C&E). -Attending the design review meetings and discussing the P&IDs with multidiscipline.-Attending HAZOP and SIl review workshops.-Collaborating with the HQ team in reviewing the simulation model and providing other alternatives for the project for the process models (provide other process techniques for gas processing). -I was also involved in all technical clarification and new design changes during projects.-Performing all process sizing and calculation (Separators, PSVs, Control valves, line sizing.....etc.) -Preparing the sizing verification reports. -Checking the feasibility report. -Preparing projects functional specification.-Participation with process input on other disciplines documents (HIPPS datasheet, instrument datasheet, Line list, plot plane and mechanical equipment list).-Meeting Vendors in order to evaluate their capabilities to supply gas engines that comply with the project needs.-Supporting R&D team in all technical inquiries. -Coordinating the multidiscipline tasks among the project.-Assigning responsibilities to Engineers & Draftsmen.-Checking weekly process progress reports.

I worked in UNEEP for 2 years as senior Process engineer, I was responsible for the Process Department activities:• Preparing and checking process deliverables during as-built projects such as PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives & process description, flaring scenarios and philosophy, Cause and effect (C&E). • Preparing process scope of work.• Preparing project proposals.• Preparing Projects CTRs.• Attending Clients Meetings.• Attending and Participating in SIL Meeting.• Providing Technical Support to the other teams.• Reporting directly to the Engineering manager.

I worked in ENPPI for five years as senior Process engineer, I worked in mega rehabilitation projects such as GUPCO Morgan 36 platforms (offshore platforms with gas separation and lifting facilities) and PHPC rehabilitation team (onshore gas processing and treatment facilities). I was responsible for the following activities:• Leading the process team.• Being the interface between the client and the technical team of the project.• Follow-up and reviewing project deliverables of other process divisions.• Attending client meetings.• Supporting the team in the technical clarification and queries.• I was involved in updating and upgrading ENPPI Process Guide. • Assigning responsibilities to Engineers & Draftsmen and expediting deliverable to be issued as per the project schedule.• Preparation as built P&ID’s. • Upgrading P&IDs with all necessary design and engineering recommendations according to COMPANY best practice (BP) and international standards.• Preparing Cause & Effect and shutdown philosophy. • Preparing operating manual.• Commenting/ inserting process input on other disciplines documents (plot pan, instruments datasheet).• Preparation of Process Description.• Preparation of line designation table.• Preparation of Master Equipment List.• Attending and Participating in HAZOP.• Implementing HAZOP recommendations and closing the HAZOP actions report.

I have worked in On-Spec for almost one year as junior process engineer, I was responsible for the Process Department activities:• Preparation & Updating the simulation model.• Prepare/Update process flow diagrams.• Reviewing and verifying operating conditions and Process data verification.• Verification of the adequacy of the existing facilities.• Process data input to the Flare-net Model• Preparation of site visit reports, technical proposals and execution plans.
