• Conducting 1:1 meeting with the team members and documenting it for annual/semi-annual assessments.• Preparing calls’ scripts.• Leading the team to achieve the operation objectives in service turnaround time and quality KPIs. • Monitoring the day to day activities for all team members. • Supporting junior & senior members to solve any challenges or barriers in their daily tasks.• Working on team objectives. • Supporting the operation supervisor in all planning, development, monitoring and controlling activities.• Responsible for developing and maintaining the customer’s database in CS systems. • Responsible for the delivery of high quality operation outputs. (Cards/Policies/Bills/Statements/Policy or member Maintenance Requests …. etc.). • Responsible for the maintenance of efficient communication between the company and our internal / external customers. • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines.• Monitoring team performance and reporting to supervisor.• Encouraging creativity and risk taking. • Developing and organizing team building activities.

• Monitor day to day business operations.• Authorize the daily money out.• Monitor the daily team members’ performance. • Observing the daily customer calls and monitor the team quality assistance.• Authorize the clients’ updated data.• Training and assessment for the new joiners.• Follow up on the monthly team target.• Reviewing and approving daily customers’ arrear letters.• Follow up with AXA customers who have due premiums. • Provide all customers with excellent customer services. • Handle all customers’ inquiries regarding payments issues over the phone and face to face in case of customer visits at the head office.• Meet the required target in accordance with call volumes and premiums collected. • Carry out special campaigns to obtain premiums e.g. paid up campaigns. • Answer the incoming calls and reply e-mails to provide the customers with their policies’ status & any other inquiries.• Issue letters for customers who have due premiums. • Reconcile each paid amount to ensure a prompt allocation of all policies. • Communicate with Finance department on the unallocated cash.• Support the ‘’Sales representatives’’ at the branches in billing issues. • Call customers who closed, blocked accounts and expired credit cards to obtain valid ones.
