- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipments to ensure they meet needs-plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements-keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders-prepare accurate reports for upper management-Preparing calculations sheets for the selled products-Preparing invoices for the customers

Preparing sales and purchase contractsPreparing tenders, quotations and letter of gurantee- Preparing reports for the hot deals and the executed one- Negotiating contract termd with internal and external partners- Reviewing and updating existing contracts- Follow up to gurantee contractual payments have been made- Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the report status of current contract process to management organization- Coordinate actions with internal procurment and legal teams if needed- Ability to work with team at all levels of an organization
