Heba M. Hamza is a whole-heartedly dedicated change leader aiming for influencing workforce development in the Middle East for stronger labor economics in the region.She joined the consulting team of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) during 2022 & 2023 to establish career development centers in Qena & Luxor. She has also participated in the design and delivery of career guidance programs in several governorates for the Egyptian-German Center for Jobs, Migration & Re-Integration established and managed by GIZ & the Egyptian Ministry of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates.She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and a Mindset Career Coach applying the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Career Coaching. She is also certified by the American University in Cairo (AUC) as a Professional Certified Trainer. She also got her MBA in Human Resources Management in 2018. She started her career in training in 2007 as an English Language Trainer & then, widened her scope by developing & delivering training programs on Interpersonal Skills & Business Skills, in addition to practicing NLP Coaching. Moreover, she established a Training Unit & a Career Development Center in El-Shorouk Academy. She worked also for years as a Learning & Development Manager for a Business Management Consulting Firm where she assisted several corporations overcome challenges through L&D interventions. One of her key achievements there is the BOLD Leadership Engines Transformational Bootcamp, the first program turning Leadership Concepts into Practical Tools; she participated in its design, development & delivery.Currently, she is dedicated to supporting youth career development as a Career Development Coach, Trainer & Consultant.
