As part of my training to become a certified Career Coach, we, as coaches, went through the self-awareness stage ourselves to experience the career exploration process firsthand. The final step of self-awareness is discovering your life purpose. After processing all the outcomes and insights, it became clear to me that becoming a trainer and teacher aligns perfectly with my purpose. My life purpose is to help and motivate people to become their best selves!Through my role as a Soft Skills Trainer at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and a newly certified Career Coach (ICF), I am committed to empowering IT students and professionals with the essential skills and guidance they need to excel in the dynamic IT industry.With over 20 years of experience, I have delivered engaging and impactful training programs on topics such as communication, presentation skills, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and leadership. I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential, achieve their goals, and build fulfilling career paths.I take pride in using diverse instructional strategies and personalized coaching techniques tailored to different learning styles and career aspirations.
