I was responsible for leading a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective delivery of IT services and solutions. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. The IT Team Leader will also be involved in problem-solving, ensuring systems are maintained, and guiding the team to achieve optimal performance.

• Alai Subsidiaries multimedia group(Al-Kuwait): this project contains four subsidiaries ( Alnasher, Drama, RIMA, and TV)• Equate: full dynamic website for petrochemical company• KFAS (Kuwiat foundation for the Advancement of Science): it is government society, the project had two phases , the first one was developing the website (front end pages and back end pages), and the second one was the electronic forms (16 form), the user can fill edit and submit the forms, also had a full adminstrations back end for forms.• Projacs: website for learning group companiens• Future Kids: my task was team leader parellel as developer, the project was seven Subsidiaries for an entertainment city, • Future kids phase II : it was abooking gate way, the user can buy a card via this gate or recharging his csrd using Knet, Master Card, and Visa• NREC Enhancement: enhance an old website, this phase contains reading data from Bursa api and reflect this data on website, also read data daynamicly from excel sheets and draw the flow charts from these excel sheets.• CMGS Enhancement( Alkuwiet council of ministers general secretariat): Practices and Companies Rehabilitations front end and backend • Counsultonline: it is a website give a health counsaltant online , my task was implementing the api for the mobile application.

Using sql server2005 and c# 2008, includes 10 tables with 22 forms and 10 reports. This project took two weeks.

1- Hex game programming using C# and monticarlo tree search algorithm. This project took 8 months.My job was:1- Team leader: meet the end user and draw the flowchart diagrams for the project, distribute and manage tasks between the team members, aggregate the cods coming from different workers, supervise the workers, find the good references online.2- Programming task: drawing the broad (19*19) which contains hexagon shapes.3- Writing the documentation.
