• Reviewing and preparing purchase orders.• Receiving final confirmation about PO from the Executive and General Manager.• Organize special Customer orders.• Sending Final PO to Suppliers.• Communicate with suppliers via email about executed orders.•Track final product shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements.• Arrange with Banks department the bank transfers to suppliers for executed orders.• Sending Order Documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Euro-1, Country of origin…etc.) received from the supplier to the Banks department to follow procedures.• Sending all original order documents to the Customs Clearance Company.• Track final product shipments, costs, and timelines.• Assists in the calculation of costs and selling prices for products received with the finance department.• Ensure receiving and loading shipments safely at the warehouse.• Monitor the quantity of goods received in the warehouse through the Merchandise Inspection Committee.• Prepare Reports for any damaged items in shipments and claim it from the supplier• Insert all product specifications (description, dimensions, color, material, cost, selling price……etc) into the Oracle database.• Ensure Products inventory levels are maintained at appropriate levels and create procedures to reduce stock levels.• Track the slow-moving Items Products and obsolete stock and present it to upper management with solutions.• Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.• Vital Participant in updating the company website with Programming Team.• Reinforce The website with product data, prices, and offers available.• Monitor and manage website customer orders and supervise along with the warehouse the delivery time according to customer requirements.• Issue Commercial invoices from Oracle database for orders executed on the website.• Communicate with customers after delivery to ensure High customer satisfaction Level.
