And ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.•Have excellent mathematical skills and use different software programs to create cost estimates.•Prepare financial and technical offers for various projects.•Prepare technical submittals, comparison sheet & catalogue cut sheets.•Estimation fire rated doors, non fire rated doors, sliding doors, stainless steel doors, sound rating doors, louver doors, sand trap louver, access doors & windows.•Check if Al kuhaimi certification can cover all project requirement for fire rating, sound rating, insulation type, door thickness and sheet thickness.•Follow up all estimation work for Hollow Metal Doors & Door Hardware for any new project even bidding & on hand.•Able to specify ANSI and BS EN door hardware from project specification which helps sales to gain project to make efficient duration. •Complete co-ordination with the door hardware manufacturers (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronical). •Having experience indealing with international ANSI & BS door hardware industries including Allegion group, Dorma, Hager and Geze. •Using software programes to generate cost estimates. •Adjusting estimates as necessary based on changes in the scope of the project.•provide cost summary showing all aspects budgeted cost to help top management discount decision.•Help sales team in client negotiation meetings.•Responsible for training new team members. •Intensive follow up & check for all quotations generated from estimation team. •Working on different projects like Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Building, Residential Building Mixed-use Building, Villas, Malls, Schools,..
