 Responsible for the selection process of the editors. Conducts interviews with the candidates to select the most suitable one to join the content team.  Follows existing and, as appropriate, recommends new or revised quality control procedures to improve the quality of information products. Demonstrates an understanding of shifting or new standards and evaluates them.  Proactively recommends quality control procedures and coordinates with others to ensure that new content has been appropriately cleared. Consistently keeps the site’s files and directories up-to-date and removes old or redundant files. Develops and implements clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures that are readily accessible by others. Ensures that others are kept informed when there are changes in website operational procedures.  Establishes and follows clear standards for the website publishing processes.  Monitors and evaluates integrated content from other sites

 Prepare and publish the content that would be published.  Write or edit material for publication.  Following each Website’s content guidelines. Executes plans/projects. Always in the-know of any updates happening in the content category.
