Current• Efficiently filled vacancies by collecting hiring requests and writing detailed job descriptions tailored to specific positions.• Write detailed job descriptions and job requirements tailored to specific positions.• Maintain an up-to-date, comprehensive list of open roles to ensure alignment with staffing priorities and operational constraints.• Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies to expand the candidate pool and attract top talent.• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection, including feedback and vacancy closure.• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements to identify the best-fit applicants.• Conduct structured pre-screen interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit; coordinate pre-employment assessments as necessary.• Lead structured interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates and provide timely, constructive feedback.• Coordinate all logistical aspects of the selection process, including testing and accommodations for applicants with special needs.• Send job offer letters, including hiring documents, to selected candidates and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.• Serve as liaison between new hires and HR to ensure smooth onboarding and timely submission of required documentation.
